Balance capacity assessment is the basis of diagnosis and rehabilitation therapy for the elderly and patients with balance disorders and used in sports,rehabilitation,geriatrics,and other fields.The balance function measurement scheme develops constantly in recent decades and there are more and more evaluation methods and indexes.Because of high quantity and repeated indexes,balance assessments become more difficult.Therefore,this thesis does the elimination and optimization of the tested indexes,and combines the methods of data analysis and calculation,finally produces an evaluation system which can quantitatively reflect the human body standing balance capacity.In this paper,the use of standing test,through the collection of data,post-screening key indicators of data analysis.The main work is as follows:First point,standing balance test design:the subject and the test program to determine the determination of the experimental instrument.Commissioning equipment,re-testing and collecting data.Second,the balance test data analysis:First,the reproducibility of the indicators to filter,to retain good repeatability indicators,discard the poor repeatability of the indicators.The correlation analysis of the measured parameters was carried out to eliminate the strong correlation index,because it was repeated with other indicators.Followed by intergroup difference analysis.According to the body mass index,the subjects were divided into normal weight group and overweight group.The difference between the two groups was analyzed.The variance analysis method was used to analyze the remaining indexes,and the difference was large.Finally,the principal component factors with eigenvalues greater than one that are selected by principal component analysis.Lists the load index,load factor,variance contribution rate.The balance of the subjects was calculated according to the load factor design formula in the load factor.Based on the results of the principal component analysis,the equilibrium score was calculated using a set of formulas,and the scoring criteria were established by frequency analysis.Gait characteristic test set:with the same batch of subjects to test the balance,the development of treadmill walking test program.Commissioning equipment,re-testing and collecting data.Gait Characteristic Test Data Processing:Calculates the time-space parameters of the statistical gait,gait symmetry parameters,and gait time proportional parameters.Balance score and gait characteristics:analysis of the influence of balance ability on gait cycle and time-space parameters,analysis of influence of balance ability on gait symmetry,and influence of balance ability on standing and swing ratio.The research results of this paper can be applied to the field of industrial design professionally.Subjects can wear wearable devices such as backpacks or rehabilitation aids to conduct balance and gait tests.The evaluation system of this article can be used to verify whether the designed products meet the requirements of ergonomics Learn or improve user's balance and gait stability.
