Oil pollution is becoming more and more serious, and it is urgent to choose efficient and feasible repair methods.Phytoremediation is proven can effectively remove oil pollution, phytoremediation involves a combination of plants and soil microorganisms, also called rhizosphere repair,no microorganisms involved in repair is considered feasible. This experiment by mirabilis jalapa and perennial ryegrass as the main research object, under the different time and different concentrations of gradient, explore the relationship between soil chemical properties, plant root secretion, soil fungi structure and phytoremediation.Come to the conclusion:1.After total petroleum hydrocarbon content of soil testing, found that plant soil degradation rate is significantly higher than without plants, the degradation rate of the planting soil reaches the maximum in the concentration of 10 g/kg.2.Oil pollution can seriously affect the soil chemical properties, thus affecting the survival and growth of plants and microorganisms, and affecting repair. Results show that, with the rising of the concentrations of oil, increase soil organic matter content, soil available P,available K content decreased, the content of ammonium nitrogen in plant soil was increased, and the content of ammonium nitrogen in no plant soil decreased.Although organic matter is the nutrients necessary to the growth of plants, but due to the adding of oil rising of organic matter and cannot be directly used to plant,at the same time, phosphorus and potassium loss directly caused the plant small, slow growth phenomenon such as part of the leaves turn yellow necrosis. The decrease in phosphorus and potassium levels also directly affects the microbial or degrading bacteria.3.Of plant root exudates of POD enzyme activity and flavonoids substances were tested, the results showed that with the rising of the concentrations of oil, plant root POD enzyme activity and flavonoids substances content in all showing a downward trend after rising first, show in a relatively small oil concentration, the plant can adjust the resistance or adapt to the environment pollution by itself, the concentration continued to increase, plant adaptability to decline.POD enzyme activity data in rhizosphere soil showed that POD activity was significantly higher in planting soil than in non-plant control group.4.High throughput sequencing results show that adding oil can lead to the diversity of soil fungi in significantly lower, compared with Lolium perenne,Mirabilis jalapa can bettermaintain the abundance and diversity of fungi.Add oil, different treatment in the soil fungi community changed difference, but the Penicillium,Chaetomium,Podospora,Purpureocillium and Aspergillus improved the relative abundance and diversity,a study shows Penicillium species of oil pollution has good degradation effect,at the same time, research has shown Chaetomium fungi can promote the growth of plants and induced resistant plants.
