Photonic crystals are artificial microstructures arranged periodically in dielectric with different refractive indices.PEDOT is a kind of conjugated conductive polymer with single and double bonds alternately.PEDOT is the most stable conducting polymers known to date.In this paper,we combine PEDOT with photonic crystal structure to prepare conductive photocrystalline material with excellent properties,and further expand the application of the device.The main contents are as follows:1.Poly(styrene-methyl methacrylate-acrylic acid)with core-shell structure with different particle sizes and good monodispersity was prepared by emulsion polymerization.The photonic crystals with opal structure were prepared by vertical deposition of polymer microspheres.Photonic crystal templates with different band gaps and bright structure colors were obtained by using polymer microspheres of different sizes.2.The inverse opal structure PEDOT(PEDOT-IO)was prepared by the method of potentiostatic electropolymerization and sacrificial template.PEDOT-IO was characterized by its optical properties,electrical properties,wetting property,solvent resistance,solvent responsiveness,electro-wetting property and adhesive force.It is proved that the prepared PEDOT-IO has many excellent properties and potential applications in many fields.3.On the basis of the second step,the redox process of PEDOT-IO was characterized in detail.The morphology of the porous structure and the changes of spectrum and wettability during the redox process were studied.The results show that PEDOT-IO has excellent optical and electrochemical cycling properties.It is found that PEDOT-IO has a special response to the polar solvent after the cycle of reduction and reoxidation,which can realize the blue shift of the spectrum of the solid film.The redox of conventional conductive polymers and the charge transfer complex response to polar solvents were combined,and the pattern was prepared and erased in a controlled manner,which provided a new design idea for optoelectronic devices.
