Plasma, also known as plasma,is an ionized gas-like substance composed of positive and negative ions produced by the ionization of atoms and atomic groups after partial electrons are depleted. In order to explore the effect of discharge plasma on soil properties,we propose discharges methods for the influence of plasma on soil water-soluble substances, soil enzyme activity and soil microbial community structure. In this paper, the soil with different discharge lengths of plasma was used as the research object.Through different discharge durations, plasmas under different treatments of CK(control),1min,5min,10 min,20min,30 min,45min,60 min,80min,100 min,and 120 min were studied. The effect of body on the composition and characteristics of water-soluble substances in soil, the diversity of microbial community structure and soil enzyme activity. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Effect of discharge plasma on water-soluble carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in soil: The discharge plasma has a significant effect on the water-soluble carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and three-dimensional fluorescent water-soluble organic matter in the soil.Experiments show that discharge plasma treated soil increased the maximum and minimum values of water-soluble organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and ammonium nitrogen by 107%,16.62%,51% and 5161%,respectively.The content of water-soluble organic nitrogen in soil increased first and then decreased, and the content of water-soluble nitrate in soil decreased, but the total content increased. The influence of discharge plasma on the composition of water-soluble organic matter in soil: The discharge plasma has a significant effect on the three-dimensional fluorescence of water-soluble organic matter in soil, and the high-molecular humic acid and aromatic substances, small molecule humic substances, and tryptophan components increase in 30 min.Peaks 1027,1023,and 468 were reached at 30 min and 120 min.(2)Effect of discharge plasma on soil enzyme activity: The discharge plasma has a significant effect on soil enzyme activity.Short-term discharge plasma will increase enzyme activity, but long-term discharge plasma will reduce the enzyme activity, and even make it inactive.(3)Effect of discharge plasma on soil microbial community structure: discharge plasma increases gram-positive bacteria, makes gram-negative bacteria decrease, and makes the ratio of Galanz-positive bacteria to gram-negative bacteria A downward trend appears, and this trend will lead to a decrease in soil nutrients that is not conducive to plant growth;and the diversity and evenness index of soil microbial communities will be significantly reduced(Compared to undischarged(CK)decreased by 6.8%,3.8%,16.3%,5.8%,and 3.8%,respectively).(4)Sensitivity analysis shows that soil microbes and enzyme activity indicators in the process of soil recharge by discharge plasma have great potential as reflecting the susceptibility of soil quality evolution. The above high and moderately sensitive indicators can be selected to reflect the plasma remediation process.Sensitive factors in soil quality; And the fact that the enzyme activity has a high coefficient of distribution can be used as a key sensitive indicator in the process of plasma remediation. The long-term discharge plasma produced a downward trend in the soil bioactivity index until the activity disappeared.
