In order to understand the genetic mechanism of human beings for the treatment and prevention of human diseases,the study of biological sequences has become the basis of research and analysis of heredity.The most basic and critical research is the sequence study of human genetic material.With the development of sequencing technology,the second generation sequencing technology and the third generation sequencing technology have led a frontier of bioinformatics.With the progress of sequencing technology,a large number of sequence alignment algorithms have been gradually developed and developed to meet the needs of development.The next-generation of DNA sequence alignment technology is faster and saves more space than traditional DNA sequence alignment technology.The next-generation sequencing technology also promotes the development of RNA sequence alignment technology.In order to meet the needs of RNA sequence data generated by the NGS data,many types of next-generation RNA sequence alignment tools have been developed.For the study of RNA sequence alignment,first of all,we should study the biological characteristics of RNA.After understanding the biological background of RNA,we can study the RNA sequence alignment tools to adapt to the development needs.The development of the third generation sequencing technology has led to the further development of RNA sequencing technology,but the algorithm tools suitable for the sequence of the third generation RNA sequencing are hardly available at present,and the current RNA sequence comparison software needs to be strengthened in the comparison of the third generation of RNA sequences.In this paper,a comparison and analysis algorithm for the sequence of three generation RNA sequencing is designed,and the comparison of the three generation of RNA sequencing data and the exons analysis are realized.The main work is to compare the three generation of RNA sequencing data and divide them according to the characteristics of their long reading length,and compare the obtained short sequence with the BWA method.The comparison results were obtained on the reference genome.According to the result of comparison,the information of exon island region information on the whole genome is obtained by merging the location area of the matching.The comparison information of the exon isle is found by constructing the connected graph and using the dynamic programming to calculate the optimal path.Then we use the third generation RNA long sequence to analyze the exon composition of the sequence,and use the exons Island sequence obtained in the last step to decompose the exon Island composition of the sequence,and analyze the composition of the exons according to the composition of each long sequence.For the different splicing of the same gene,the composition of the exon Island,which is a similar sequence,is mainly based on the repetition of the exons in the sequence,and the results of the variable splicing are obtained.
