Marine buoys are automatic observation platforms for the marine environment and are an important part of the modern marine environment stereoscopic monitoring system.It is characterized by all-weather,long-term continuous and fixed-point monitoring,and it cannot be replaced by other means of ocean monitoring.This topic designs and implements a buoy microsystem,which designs and simulates the shape and interior layout of the buoy system,improves the stability of the system structure,and at the same time designs and integrates the data acquisition circuit of the system to ensure that the system can be long-term and real-time.Collect underwater information and monitor underwater targets in some sea areas.The paper firstly designs the layout of each component in the buoy according to the functions of each module in the buoy,and then selects three different buoy shapes to perform the hydrodynamic simulation through the AQWA module under AYSYS,and further improves the stability by adjusting the buoy’s center of gravity..In order to study the influence of each module when the buoy enters into the water from high altitude,the LS-DYNA module is used to display the impact dynamics of each part of the buoy when entering the water,and the safety of entering the water is ensured by adding a fairing.For the needs of underwater information detection,this article has designed an overall plan that includes underwater acquisition system,positioning system and storage system.The underwater acquisition system is designed to realize the integration of the hydrophone and TMR magnetic sensor interface circuit,and the analog signal acquisition is achieved through a 24-bit ADC(analog to digital converter)AD7175-8.The MSP430-based positioning system integrates an acceleration sensor and a GPS module to detect the position and movement posture of the buoy.The sensor module driver design is implemented and the collected signal is uploaded through the serial port.Freertos-based storage system software design to achieve the SD card mount and drive,the system through the SPI bus drive and read AD7175-8 converted data,through the serial port to receive positioning system upload information and achieve all kinds of information storage.Finally,the paper gives the function test of each module and the whole system test process.The test results show that all the modules of the system can meet the design requirements,and can effectively collect the underwater information and buoy status information,and have good stability.
