In deep water drilling engineering,the riser is one of its important components.In the sea water,the riser not only bears the weight of self-weight and the top tension,but also bears the load of the external marine environment load,the internal drill string and the drilling fluid.In the comprehensive effect of these forces,the riser easily deformed,and riser bending,drill string motion inside the riser bending,and riser friction and wear,loss of energy,reduce the riser and drill string life,thus reducing the riser bending is one of the important research topic of offshore deep water drilling engineering.The vertical system of deep water drilling riser is designed to reduce the bending of the riser.Deep water drilling riser system through the arrangement of the vertical riser on the pull rope,pull rope and put all the focus on the seabed at the anchoring point,then the total control Taiwan,verticality detection device and rope control device to establish a feedback control system can adjust the rope pulling force,the riser in ocean currents the next moment perpendicular to the state,to achieve basic riser do not bend to.The rope arrangement is the main content of this thesis,in the process of the research on the first pull rope to do the stress analysis,a formula to calculate the length of the pull rope,pull rope catenary equation formula,calculate the anchor point to the riser distance formula and the choice of the material as the wire rope according to the national materials,and that the pull rope minimum breaking force calculation.Then,using the formula introduced rope layout scheme,which relates to a pull rope arrangement position in the riser,the formula on the riser(after arranges rope)two cases only the current mechanical force in the horizontal direction and the pull rope under horizontal force analysis and formula derivation of septal curvature the water column,thus forming a pull rope arrangement,and the completion of the pull rope arrangement,calculation of the current velocity changes are explained by the examples and the corresponding calculation results show that this scheme is feasible.Finally,according to the designed layout of pull rope,we use Visual Basic programming software to compile the layout plan of deep water drilling riser vertical system.
