| In this paper, the event-related potential(ERP)technology and the Neurosccan 64 EEG recording and analysis system was used to explore the priming effect of clues on attention assignment, using arrow direction as clues.Besides, the binaural listening experiment paradigm was used to analyze and compare the ERP temporal and spatial characteristics under two tasks of concentration and distraction, and the brain processing characteristics of attention assignment was discussed. The results of the study are as follows:Thread initiation stage: two types of arrow cues(bidirectional arrows and unidirectional arrows represent distraction and concentration cues respectively)elicited N1,P170(P200),N200 and late components,in which both P200 and late components have significant cue-initiation effects.(1)P200 activation effect: in this time window, the areas of the brain where concentration and distraction cues are activated are distributed in the frontal region, central region and temporal region. The activation degree of distraction cues is higher than that of concentration cues(mean amplitude is higher than that of concentration cues).(2)Late components: During 350-1050 ms,the brain regions activated by the two types of attention assignment cues were distributed in the frontal region, central region, central parietal region and temporal region, and the degree of activation of the attention concentration cues was greater(average amplitude was higher than that of the attention distraction cues).Binaural hearing division stage: both concentration and distraction induced N130(N1),P220(P200),N200,N400 and late components, but only N200 and late components showed significant differences.(1)N200: the main amplitude effect of N200 induced by attention distribution was significant, and the average amplitude of attention was higher than that of distraction.Besides, the activated brain regions were mainly distributed in the frontal region, central region, apical region and temporal region.(2)Late components: in410-900 ms,concentration and distraction were mainly distributed in the frontal region, central region, parietal region, occipital region and temporal region, and the activationdegree of concentration was greater(average amplitude was higher than that of distraction). The results of this study show that N1,P200,N200 components were induced in the cue initiation stage and the binaural hearing stage, and the activated brain areas are distributed in the frontal region, especially in the prefrontal region, the middle of Central, the apical region and the temporal region, which indicates that these brain regions are the key brain regions of endogenous and exogenous attention, and the key brain region of attention distribution mobilization resources. In the late stage of cue-initiation and binaural hearing division, the activation degree of attention-focused brain area was higher than that of distracted brain area;however,in the early stage of cue-initiation,the activation degree of distracted brain area was higher than that of concentration, indicating that endogenous and exogenous attention had different neural mechanisms. |
