Building energy consumption is closely related to climate,and climate is the main factor in the formation and evolution of buildings,and different climate conditions have different architectural forms.Building climate zoning can clearly distinguish its common and differences characteristics,so that the building can make use of climate resources rationally,prevent the adverse effects of climate on buildings,and help the building to adapt to local conditions.Over the past hundred years,the increasing impact of human activities on climate has become more and more obvious.From 1800 to 2012,the average surface temperature of the globe increased by 0.85 degrees.Global warming is the overall trend of climate change at present,but the change in different regions in different seasons in different scales,according to the climate changes,the establishment of energy-saving building partition model under climate change,the analysis of building energy conservation under climate change,so as to contribute to building energy-saving control,is an important research content of this paper.The paper mainly carried out the following four aspects:(1)In recent years,with the intensification of the greenhouse effect,climate change is becoming more and more obvious,and climate change has a trend of ever-changing.The changing trend of different seasons in different regions is different.It is necessary to analyze the trends and characteristics of climate change of China.By analyzing the trends and characteristics of climate change in China's historical and future different scenarios,including the average changes in the whole country and the changes in different seasons and different regions,the building climate zoning model under the climate change in China is established,and the changing trend of the building climate zoning under the climate change is analyzed.(2)There are mainly two types method of building climate zoning,one is hierarchical zoning,the other is cluster zoning.Both of them have advantages and disadvantages in the building climate zoning.It is very important to study the climatic zoning of climate change,and to choose the suitable method of building climate zoning for climate change.By comparing the performance of the hierarchical zoning and different clustering zoning methods in the building climate zoning,the accuracy of the building climate zoning is verified.The adaptive zoning method is selected for the study of the climatic zoning under the climate change in China.(3)At present,there is a lack of research on the number of building climate zoning in the study of building climate zoning in China,and the definition of partition number is the basis of building climate zoning.In the cluster partition,the best number of the building climate zoning can be calculated by the internal evaluation index.Different clustering effectiveness evaluation indexes have different performance effects in different areas.By comparing four clustering validity evaluation indicators,we can select the appropriate number of zoning for China's building climate zones.(4)Climate change will inevitably lead to changes in the building climate zone of some cities.There are different architectural energy conservation design standards in different building climate zones.It is of great significance to analyze the influence of the change of the building climate zone under the climate change on the typical city,and to formulate the design strategy of building energy saving to cope with the change of the district.Take office buildings as an example to analyze the influence of climate change on energy consumption,heating energy consumption and the change trend of total energy consumption in Xi'an which is converted from cold region to hot summer and cold winter region.The zoning indexs are choosed through the mathematical statistics and literature research methods.The method in this paper avoids the influence of subjective factors in the building climate zoning,and demonstrates the reliability of data mining technology in the construction of the climate division.The results of building climate zoning are more reasonable and scientific.The case of different architectural types in Xi'an is analyzed,and the measures of building energy saving design under the conditions of climate change are discussed.
