Tectonic geology mainly studies the difference between the tectonic and surface processes for the terrain and geomorphic evolution,and the cut rate of the river can reflect the tectonic and uplift of the area to a certain extent.It is common to use the river terrestrial data to calculate the river cutting rate to infer the tectonic activity.The terraces of the Three Gorges reach of the Yangtze River are mainly distributed in the valleys and the tributaries of the Yangtze River.In this paper,we first summarize the elevation and height of each stage terrace by analyzing the material composition,structure analysis and measured field data of 10 sections of plateau,Banchang village,Jaowan village and Hengshan village in Jiangjin section of Yangtze River,Get a rough division of the terraces.And a preliminary understanding of the sedimentary facies of the river terrace in Jiangjin section.Second,through ESR,OSL and other dating analysis,and the formation of various terraces.So as to get the phase diagram of the river rank,And calculate the river under the river Jiangjin section cutting rate:The incision rate of Jaowan,Shouzeng,Fangyin Hengshan and Zhutuo are 63.62cm/Ka,65.66cm/Ka,76.54cm/Ka,75.40cm/Ka,86.44cm/Ka respectively.Yangtze River Jiangjin section since 4.7Ka average under the cutting rate of 72.04cm/Ka.Which is lower than the average cut rate of the Three Gorges in the past about 0.1Ma.More than0.4Ma since the Yangtze River cutting rate of 25cm/ka.Under the cutting rate as a whole has increased the trend,presumably due to the rise of the new structure.At the same time,the cut rate in this area is lower than that in the Yangtze River Three Gorges area,and it is presumed to be the location of the structural depression or the area.
