Due to the Terahertz wave's unique properties such as perspectivity and safety relative to other band of the electromagnetic wave,people show great interest in it.At the same time,Terahertz have strong penetrating power to most of the non-metallic materials and nonpolar substances,and it has low power to single photon.It does not have harmful ionization effect on biological tissue.Therefore,Terahertz wave has been widely applied in the study of imaging.Terahertz coherence tomography is a biomedical imaging technology similar to ultrasonic imaging.It has the properties of high resolution and non-contact and non-destructive detection,which meets the requirements of the current development of biomedical imaging.Dispersion have great influence on imaging because of using broadband light source.Now,how to eliminate the dispersion and improve the resolution has become a hot issue.Based on this,I have done the researches as follow:(1)Do theoretical analysis to The dispersion of terahertz coherence tomography,and do quantitative analysis of dispersion parameter of the sample.Successfully extract the dispersion parameter,and be ready for dispersion compensation.(2)Numerical dispersion compensation method and hardware dispersion compensation method are introduced.Do quantitative analysis of Rapid Scanning Optical Delay Line(RSOD),and simulate it.Analysis and simulation have done to deconvolution algorithm?iterative compensation algorithm and autofocus algorithm by theoretical analysis and numerical calculation.(3)Compare the different dispersion compensation algorithm.It's necessary for hardware dispersion compensation method to know the dispersion characteristics of the sample in advance and need to constantly adjust light way,which it unsuitable for biological tissue.Among the numerical dispersion compensation algorithms,autofocus algorithm have more applicability than hardware dispersion compensation method and have higher precision.All those make it wide application prospect and great use value.
