With the rapid development of economy,the high-rise buildings in our cities are increasing gradually,the chance of catastrophic accidents such as high-rise building fires is increasing,and the difficulty of rescue is becoming greater.These put forward higher requirements for the city fire fighting and emergency rescue.Due to various reasons,ladder truck,as the main rescue tools to cope with the disaster of the high-rise buildings,has long term dependence on imports.Because of the short domestic R & D time,coupled with the blockade of foreign related key technologies,some domestic research institution and manufacturing enterprise are still not complete the accumulation of the technique of ladder truck design optimization method.Ladder system which is a key component of the ladder truck,its performance directly affects the overall performance of ladder truck,so that the research of the design and optimization method of ladder system is of great significance.This project is based on the major scientific and technological innovation project "The key technology research of high-performance ladder system of straight arm ladder truck " in Hubei Province,targets to the high performance ladder system of ladder truck.In order to achieve the lightweight design of the ladder system,improve the comprehensive performance of the system,improve the design level of the ladder system and form a multi-objective optimization method of ladder system,the high efficient structural multi-objective optimization method is researched.This paper uses the approximate model and multi-objective optimization algorithm to optimize the ladder system,focuses on the multi-objective optimization method based on hierarchical kriging approximate model.Hierarchical Kriging approximation is used to establish the approximate model with two different precision samples,in order to furthermore reduce the time cost and improve the modeling efficiency,at the same time,guaranteeing the accuracy of the approximate model.Multi-objective optimization algorithm(NSGA-II)is used to improve the efficiency of optimizing approximate model in an efficient sorting method.Through the combination of them,a highly efficient multi-objective optimization of ladder system based on Hierarchical Kriging approximate model is formed,and obtained good results of multi-objective optimization of the ladder system.
