The research and development of new materials is a very important aspect in the national development strategy.The piezoelectric ceramic Pb?In1/2Nb1/2?O3-Pb?Mg1/3Nb2/3?O3-PbTiO3?PIMNT?has very good ferroelectric,piezoelectric,dielectric and electromechanical properties.This makes PIMNT gradually become a very important piezoelectric material.In recent years,Pr3+doped multifunctional materials have attracted wide attention.Some oxides doped with Pr3+have been proved to have high luminous efficiency.At the same time,for the specific type of substrate,the luminescence intensity of Pr3+is found to be strongly dependent on the doping concentration and lattice field,and thus has a wide application in the field of sensor.The study on the electrical properties and luminescence properties of Pr3+doped PIMNT can not only further improve the understanding of the luminescence mechanism of Pr3+,but also have a profound influence on the development and application of rare earth doped multi-functional materials.In this thesis,Pr3+doped PIMNT?24/42/34?piezoelectric ceramics were prepared.Subsequently,the electrical properties and photoluminescence properties of PIMNT?24/42/34?piezoelectric ceramics were studied.The main contents are as follows:?1?the PIMNT?24/42/34?piezoelectric ceramics with different concentrations of Pr3+doped were prepared by two step solid-state reaction.The EDS spectra showed that Pr3+had successfully entered the PIMNT?24/42/34?lattice.The results of XRD and SEM tests showed that the crystallinity of the prepared Pr3+doped PIMNT?24/42/34?ceramics was good.?2?The ferroelectric,dielectric,piezoelectric and electromechanical properties of PIMNT?24/42/34?piezoelectric ceramics after doping Pr3+with different proportions were systematically investigated.It is found that after the doping of Pr3+,the ferroelectric,dielectric,piezoelectric and mechanical properties of the PIMNT?24/42/34?piezoelectric ceramics all decrease with the increase of Pr3+doping.However,when the amount of doping reaches 1.0 mol%,the coercive field Ec is 7.78kV/cm,the remanent polarization Pr can reach 14.11?C/cm2,and the piezoelectric strain coefficient d33 can reach 303 pC/N.The electromechanical coupling coefficient kp can also reach 32%,and the mechanical quality factor Qm is as high as 68.9.These performances are sufficient to meet the practical application of Pr3+doped PIMNT?24/42/34?piezoelectric ceramics.?3?The photoluminescence properties of PIMNT?24/42/34?piezoelectric ceramics were investigated after doping Pr3+.The effects of different factors such as excitation wavelength,doping concentration,ambient temperature and polarization on the photoluminescence properties of Pr3+doped PIMNT?24/42/34?were investigated.By using the relationship between 1D2-3H4 and3P0-3H4 fluorescence intensity ratio and temperature,ultrahigh sensitivity temperature sensing is realized,and its temperature sensing sensitivity is as high as 9987.1/T2.At the same time,the applied electric field of 0-25.0kV/cm is applied to ceramics,and polarization is found to only affect the luminous intensity of ceramic samples.Subsequently,the effect of Annealing on the photoluminescence of Pr3+doped PIMNT?24/42/34?piezoelectric ceramics was studied,and it was found that it had good stability in oxygen atmosphere.In this paper,the electrical and photoluminescence properties of Pr3+doped PIMNT?24/42/34?have been studied in depth,which lays a solid foundation for the application of Pr3+doped piezoelectric ceramics in multi-functional devices.
