Accompanied by gas discharge plasma technology advances,jet plasma is more and more appear in the us.In many industrial areas show a huge application prospect,at the same time,people also to the characteristics of low temperature plasma put forward higher request,this greatly improved the study of its value,at the same time promote the rapid development to the research of low temperature plasma.On the experimental study of its prerequisite is that the economic development and master of easy operation,cost,accuracy of acceptable plasma diagnostics,such ability in the study targeted understand plasma for the response of the external conditions,in order to meet the demand of low temperature plasma controllable acquired.In view of this,this article will use the emission spectrometry,the low temperature plasma produced by a dielectric barrier discharge are studied,at the same time will be on how to use the absolute strength of continuous spectrum method to measure the electron density were discussed.First of all,from the plasma emission spectrum,the spectral line,the main components of the main radiation and plasma body excitation process are discussed;The topic using dielectric barrier discharge in the performance of this system and introduces the advantage,measured under different discharge conditions of argon plasma discharge generated jet spectrum,and analyzes the relative intensity of the spectral lines,the trend along with the change of discharge pressure and discharge power.On this basis,adopt the method of calculation of jet plasma electron excitation temperature-boltzmann curve slope method,calculation of different discharge pressure and discharge power electronic temperature,the qualitative analysis to discuss the law of the electron temperature changes with different discharge conditions.In the end,proved by comparing with the reference light source for plasma spectral emissivity(emission coefficient)the basis of the theory of absolute value,gradually through continuous spectrum is derived,the theoretical basis of the electron density of plasma and then measuring the jet of argon plasma electron density;Further analysis of electronic density changing with the different discharge conditions for any reason.Conclusion continuous spectrum of absolute measurement method to calculate the characteristics of the electron density of plasma.Through the study of this article,in order to plasma spectrometry by reference.
