| Pulse diagnosis as one of the four diagnoses of traditional Chinese medicinal,is an important method of disease diagnosis.However,in the process of pulse diagnosis,it is easy to be influenced by subjective factors.Therefore,the objective study of pulse diagnosis is great significance.In this paper,a portable pulse signal acquisition system based on FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Arrary)is designed,which can collect and store the pulse signal significantly and accurately.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The system uses FPGA as the core chip,which has the real-time display function of pulse signal,and supports RS-232 communication interface and U disk read and write(2)The pulse signal pre-processing circuit is designed to amplify and filter the acquired original pulse signal.(3)Completed the design and production of pulse signal acquisition system hardware platform,including FPGA power supply circuit,configuration circuit,SDRAM interface circuit,serial port circuit and USB interface circuit.(4)The controller and UART program of AD7810 are designed in FPGA,and the function simulation is carried out in Modelsim simulation software.(5)The driver of LCD、CH376 and touch screen is designed,and the application program of pulse signal real-time display and storage is designed.The test results show that the pulse signal acquisition system designed in this paper can collect human pulse signal objectively and realize the function of displaying and storing the pulse signal in real time. |
