| This article meanly focus on growth and development characteristics of Empetrum nigrum var.Japonicumabove ground,explore the possibility of artificial planting,and take a combined approach of field experiment and climate room cultivation experiment,continuous observation of its growth and development,measuring the number and the amount of growth of shoots,observing the microstructure of the bud,analysis of the characteristics of cluster ensemble and its various types of branches,the effect of bud on the growth of shoots,etc.Research indicates:(1)Bud formation In July-August,some of them germinated into autumn shoots in mid-August of that year,another part spend the winter,sprouted into spring shoots,in the late spring.(2)With or without main branch,how many flower buds,top buds sprouted into branches ratio,all have an effect on the growth of shoots.(3)Different habitats can affect the growth of shoots.High-altitude high-altitude habitats with more lateral branches and less growth.(4)With the increase of the number of results,the number of branch branches of the resulting branches tends to increase,but it has a negative impact on the growth of main branches.(5)The amount of collaterals had a certain influence on the growth of the main shoots.When the number of wild-branch collaterals was ?2,the percentage of main shoot buds that germinated and could grow was 67%-83%.There is a similar phenomenon in the climate chamber pot plants.(6)Flower buds can be divided into bisexual buds and female buds.There are ovary degenerative structures in the amphipatic buds,and there is no structure with stamen characteristics in the female buds.According to the artificial breeding experiment,it can be shown that the growth scope of Empetrum nigrum var.Japonicum is not very strict,and artificial cultivation can be carried out,and take human control according to the effects of light and top bud on the growth of shoots,control its breeding methods,maximize the amount of shoot growth or fruiting. |
