In most organisms,genetic information is mainly carried by DNA and expressed by different kinds of proteins.Between DNA and protein,RNA plays an important role to connect them.Exploring the mechanism of RNA regulation is meaningful for us to understand the transmission and expression of genetic information.Among different ways to regulate the expression of RNA,the Post-Transcriptional Regulatory Network(PTRN)of RNA plays a key role in the biological system,and it is also one of the most important ways for us to understand the mechanism of the cell.However,due to the much difficulty of relative biological experiments and the lack of high-quality prediction algorithm,it is still hard to construct a large-scale post-transcriptional regulation of RNA network by doing biological experiment.In order to solve this problem,this paper constructs a probability model WePro by considering the competition among different RNA molecules.This method combines the sequence characteristics and the expression information of different RNA to provide a more accurate method to predictive inter-RNA regulation network.
