China's construction industry has problems such as high energy consumption in buildings,large consumption of resources and energy,low level of project quality,low production efficiency,etc.Under the concept of sustainable development of the construction industry,prefabrication has become one of the important ways to transform the development method of construction industry due to its energy saving,environmental performance and high-efficiency.As the basic components of industrial buildings,the production management of precast components is of great importance.It directly affects the construction efficiency,cost,and quality of prefabricated buildings.This article investigated current production methods of precast components and found that the production management of existing precast components is still very lowefficiency.The decision of production plans often depends only on the experience of decision makers and therefore lacks the support from decision-making theory.In the production process of precast components,the molding is very important and significantly affects the production efficiency and cost of the precast components.Therefore,focusing on the layout of the molds in the production process of components,this paper first studied the molding of precast production,and established an optimization model for the critical production process.The model aims to maximize the utilization of the molds,considers the constraints such as order demand,platform model size,component layout,etc.,and uses heuristic algorithm to solve the problem.Finally,through empirical analysis,it was found that the article method has a significant effect on the improvement of the utilization rate of the molds.Compared with the traditional method that decides the molds configuration by experience and intuition,the use rate of the molds is increased by 20%,which can accelerate the production of precast components and reduce its cost.In the meantime,for the production staff,this article proposes guidelines to help them use this approach,enabling the utilize and promotion of the method.
