The construction of China's maritime information system through the early stages of development in digital target,its intelligent development,formed from data to knowledge,to predict,to the optimal decision of the marine development model,namely the "ocean of wisdom",has become the inevitable trend of the development of marine information.From the "Digital Ocean" to "stage of development of ocean of wisdom",the data is always the foundation for marine development,is the cornerstone of China's marine informatization construction,numerical model and data visualization is one of the core of the development of marine.At the same time,along with the massive,multi-resolution,multi-temporal and multi-type ocean stereo monitoring data is increasing,the dynamic visualization of geospatial data and data sharing needs is increasing.At present,the traditional GIS application is developing from two-dimensional to three-dimensional direction,the application of 3D virtual scene in the information cognition,spatial planning management,spatial analysis and other aspects of the mining and gradually become a research hotspot.This article from the construction and application of two or three dimensional virtual ocean scene,enhance the expression of visualization of marine data,at the same time through the virtual ocean surface model and the release of basic geographic vector map and terrain based on geographical map,remote sensing based geographical base map and thematic map and other basic geographical map publishing,enhance marine data sharing efforts,diversification of user call the service terminal to increase the scope of marine data sharing.In the Skyline platform based on the integration of remote sensing data,terrain data,texture data,tilt photogrammetry data,3D data and 3D model data as a basis for building a three-dimensional virtual ocean scene,combined with the virtual island coastal zone model,virtual terrain model and virtual water model,constructs a three-dimensional ocean environment and real consistent.The 3D virtual ocean scene ofnetwork,the comparative analysis of the TBP project and MPT data released direct release of the advantages and marine environment aspects in the global scope.Aiming at the scene construction carried out in the study of multi-source data integration technology and multi scale image real-time slicing technology.This paper analyzes the principle,advantages and technological process of ArcGIS platform deployment,and the working principle of ArcGIS GIS Server and ArcGIS Image Server are presented in detail.Based on ArcGIS platform,using local deployment model(On-premises modle),Portal for ArcGIS+ArcGIS for Server built GIS cluster,using the unmanaged server in the Portal platform,the manual management in the cluster service.In the ArcGIS Desktop based geographical map configuration of basic geographic vector map service,terrain service,using Map Server to release the published section.On the construction of embedded data sets in ArcGIS process are introduced in detail,the configuration of remote sensing based geographic map service to build the embedded data set,using Image Server to release the published section.According to the thematic map using Map Server service mode for real-time release section.In the process of application service based on OGC service data integration technologies are described,and the image data to the application of the embedded data integration technology and data integration technology of multi-source image analysis.According to the two-dimensional map service for data processing and released many original data involved in the construction of 3D virtual ocean scene,in the aspect of dealing with remote sensing data of remote sensing image fusion methods commonly used are compared and analyzed the advantages of GS data fusion method.In the terraindata,before going to the abnormal value in the sphere of the terrain,abnormal point processing method and principle were expounded.The simplified method of constructing three-dimensional ocean sphere model,the three-dimensional ocean sphere model is more rapid and convenient construction.In application development,to construct the virtual ocean scene and released the2 D map service as the foundation,design the Guangxi "Digital Ocean" application service system on the dimensional visualization technology development,marine spatial data visualization to meet the needs of users,the full range of multi dimension.The ocean based geographic data,basic marine environment data,comprehensive marine management of business data and thematic information products is undoubtedly the integration and fusion,including 2D and 3D data storage,management,symbols,visualization and analysis of functional integration,linkage analysis provides interoperability of two or three-dimension platform,initially solved three-dimensional platform bottleneck of the analysis function,lay the foundation for the depth of application of marine comprehensive management and decision support for 3D platform.
