The accelerator-driven subcritical system uses the exogenous neutron generated by the proton beam bombarding the spallation target to drive subcritical reactor core and can perform the transmutation of radioactive nuclear waste and has the function of energy output.The ADS system has the characteristics of strong transmutation ability,inherent system security,high support ratio,etc.Various countries in the world are rushing to set up research plans to conduct research.China has also put forward its own ADS construction route,and it has now entered the CiADS project construction stage.Burnup calculation plays a very important role in reactor design,analysis and research.The burnup calculation software generally uses two calculation method,coupled transportation fuel consumption calculation and direct fuel consumption calculation.The existing coupled burnup calculation program include Monteburns,MCBurn?Sweden?,MCNP-ORIGEN2,MCBurn?Tsinghua?,COUPLE3.0,etc all coupled the Monte Carlo program MCNP and the burnup analysis program ORIGEN.The direct burnup calculation programs include MCNPX,Serpent,SuperMC,and RMC.There are still few procedures that can be directly used to calculate the fuel consumption of ADS systems such as COUPLE3.0 program developed by the Institute of Modern Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.Internationally,there are strong restrictions on the use of programs such as MCNP and Serpent in China.The OpenMC program is an open source program and has no copyright restrictions.Therefore,we have writed a burnup calculation program IMPC-Burnup which coupled OpenMC and ORIGEN2 and tested the IAED-ADS and OECD-NEA benchmark questions.The keff calculation results were consistent with the calculation trends in various countries,The quality change trend of the main fuel consumption nuclear elements was also in line with expectations.Meanwhile,we calculated the burnup of a small lead-cooled fast reactor?CLSMR?and a CiADS model using the IMPC-Burnup and COUPLE3.0 program.The calculated results are in good agreement with each other.This verifies the correctness of the coupled burnup program?IMPC-Burnup?.
