The rapid development of the aquaculture industry has resulted in the excreta of animals and a large amount of nitrogen,phosphorus and organic matter in residual bait remains in the water,coupled with a large number of life and industrial wastewater discharge,greatly increased the nutritional load of water,beyond the water self-purification capacity,causing water eutrophication.To the human health and the yield and quality of aquatic product has brought a great impact.Methods for repairing eutrophication problems include physical,chemical and microbial methods,but the physical and chemical methods are expensive,technical requirements are higher,easy to cause secondary pollution.Howeverr the microbial treatment of eutrophic water is low cost,easy to operate,effective,there have been more and more microbial-based sewage treatment methods.In order to develop complex bacterial preparation which can effectively degrade nitro gen,phosphorus and organic contents in eutrophic water body,this study collected water samples from fish ponds with strong self-purification ability and stable water environment,and a total of 18 isolates with high efficiency for the degradation of nitrogen,phosphorus and organic matter were screened by screening medium,named ND1?ND2?ND3?ND4?ND5?ND6?N D7?ND8?NJI?GY1?MPI?MRSI?MRS2?MRS3?MRS4?MRS5?MRS6 and MRS7 respectively.According to morphological and molecular biology methods,18 strains of active bacteria were identified.The preliminary results are as follows: N D1 is Rhodotorula mucilaginosa of Rhodotorula;ND2,ND6 and MRS6 are Lactobacillus parafarraginis of Lactobacillus;ND4 and MRS1 are Lactobacillus rhamnosus of Lactobacillus;MRS2 and MRS5 are Lactobacillus perolens of Lactobacillus;M RS3 and MRS4 are Lactobacillus buchneri of Lactobacillus;MRS7 is Lactobacillus harbinensis,Lactobacillus harbinensis,N D3 and ND5 are Acetobacter ghanensis,belonging to Rhodospirillum of photosynthetic bacteria,GY1 and MP1 are Sphingomonas sp of Sphingomonas,belonging to 4 subclasses of morphological bacteria,Is a new type of microbial resource;ND8 is Bacillus cereus of Bacillus;NJ1 is Bacillus oleronius of Bacillus.After the study of the growth characteristics and related functions of ND1,ND2,ND4,ND5,ND6,ND7,ND8,NJI,GY1,MPI,MRSI,MRS2,MRS3,MRS4,MRS5,MRS6 and MRS7.ND1,ND8,NJI,MP1,MRS1,MRS2,MRS6 and MRS7 strains were used to develop complex bacterial preparations.9 strains were put into the collected eutrophic sewage water samples,the degradation of COD,TP,NH3-N and TN in each effluent was studied at 30 ? and 100r/min,after 7 days of treatment,the degradation rate of COD was 78.4%,the degradation rate of TP was 93.9%,the degradation rate of NH3-N was 93.55%,and the degradation rate of TN was up to 68.6%.The strains were combined according to the degradation rates of COD,TP,NH3-N and TN in water were the isolates,and seven complex bacteria preparation has been Preparationed,Named FHJ-1?FHJ-2?FHJ-3?FHJ-4?FHJ-5?FHJ-6 and FHJ-7 respectively.FHJ-1 includes ND1,ND8,NJI,MP1,FHJ-2 includes N D1ND8?NJI?MP1?ND3,FHJ-3 includes N D1?ND8?NJI?MP1?MRS1,FHJ-4 includes N D1?ND8?NJI?MP1?MRS2,FHJ-5 includes ND1?ND8?NJI?MP1?MRS6,FHJ-6 includes N D1?ND8?NJI?MP1?MRS7,FHJ-7 includes ND1?ND8?NJI?MP1?ND3?MRS1?MRS2?MRS6?MRS7.The collected eutrophic sewage samples were treated with the above-mentioned seven kinds of compound bacteria preparations,the results showed that FHJ-6 had the best treatment effect on sewage,and the degradation rates of COD,TP,NH3-N and TN were 68.69%,88.08%,89.56% and 32.01% respectively.Compared with the commercial microbial agents EM1,EM2 and EM3,the FHJ-6 developed in this study has the highest degradation rate of COD and NH3-N in the wastewater.The FHJ-6 was used to treat turbid pond sewage.After three weeks of treatment,the pond was clear and the fish grew well and did not harm the aquatic animals such as fish cultured in the pond.In conclusion,18 strains of bacteria were isolated from fish ponds with strong self-purification ability and stable water environment,And the effect of eutrophic water treatment and the interaction between the strains were compared to obtain a dominant compound preparation.The compound bacteria preparation can not only reduce the contents of COD,NH3-N,TP and TN in eutrophic water body,but also has a good effect on the aquaculture water body,and has a good application in large-scale aquaculture prospect.
