Laser tracker is a measurement system combining of high precision laser distance measuring and angle precision measurement technology to achieve spatial target tracking and the three-dimensional coordinate positioning,with high precision,fast,large measurement range,to achieve real-time dynamic measurement and other advantages.Meet the needs of modern industrial large size measurement,so it has a broad application of the market and research significance.This paper is based on an independent research and development femtosecond laser tracker for the relevant research and discussion.Analyze and study the dynamic characteristics of the laser tracking turntable and the dynamic characteristics of the control system.Propose a system control diagram of electromechanical coupling to simulate the laser tracking system.This paper elaborates the measurement principle of laser tracker,the name and function of each component.According to the field test of the laser tracker,determine the tracking performance of the laser tracking system.According to the principle of laser coordinate meter coordinate measurement,analyze the error classification and compensation of laser tracker and calculate the dynamic angular tracking precision of laser tracker at different distances.Make the modal analysis of the turntable structure.And according to the law of the movement of the tracking turntable,simplify the structure and prove the rationality of the simplified structure.According to the kinetic theory,analyze the influence of parameters to the natural frequency of the structure theoretically.Using the idea of control variables,make a simulation analysis of the influences of each variable to the natural frequency of the structure.And the result is consistent with the theoretical analysis.According to the simulation results,the concrete measures to improve the natural frequency of the laser track are proposed.In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of laser tracking system,this paper establishes the electromechanical coupling control model to simulate the system with the characteristics of turntable structure and servo control system.The operation steps of the virtual prototyping of the structural part,the selection and modeling of the motor and the control principle and modeling of the control part are introduced in detail.Based on the electromechanical coupling system model,simulate the influence of the structural parameters and the motor parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the system.According to the simulation results,put forward the selection and optimization of the structure and the motor.Finally,Test the turntable and compare the experimental results with the simulation results of the general control system model and the electromechanical coupling control model,and determine the superiority of the electromechanical coupling system.According to the experimental data,determine the tracking performance of the laser tracking system to meet the design requirements.
