In this paper,the laser 3D projection system based on galvanometer scanning has been studied.The composition,working principle and working flow of galvanometric scanning laser 3D projection system are studied.The deflection scanning of the projection laser beam,the relationship between the galvanometer deflection scanning and the projection coordinate are analyzed,and the calibration model of 1:1 ratio digital projection of the galvanometric scanning laser 3D projection system is proposed.Then,based on Bursa-Seven parameter modeling method,the calibration algorithm of the projection system is modeled and analyzed.The projection coordinates of the target locating point are first solved.Then,the calibration model is completed by the Newton iterative method,the singular value decomposition method and the Rodriguez matrix method.The accurate solution of the calibration model is completed,and the relative position between the projection experiment system and the projection target is determined.On the basis of theoretical research,we completed the construction of galvanometric scanning laser 3D projection experimental system controlled by digital board,including the analysis and selection of the main components of the projection system,the layout and construction of the hardware system,the achievement of software-controlled laser scanning projection.Finally,using the projection model,the standard graphic projection experiment and projection graphic accuracy verification experiment were carried out,and the laser scanning projection technology was verified successfully.
