Quantum cascade lasers combine quantum engineering and molecular beam epitaxy(MBE)techniques into one.It is the true embodiment of the national nanometer and quantum device core technology.The technological breakthrough of the quantum cascade laser will promote China's civil market.Quantum cascade lasers have important application value in communication technology,remote monitoring,air pollution detection,industrial smoke analysis,chemical process analysis,molecular spectroscopy research,and medical inspection.When a quantum cascade laser(QCL)operates,it generates a large amount of heat.If the heat cannot be dissipated in time,it will have a great influence on the performance of the device and may even cause the device to burn.For the array structure,the cell devices will interact with each other.The thermal superposition causes the thermal effect of the array to be more severe than the thermal effect of the single tube.Therefore,we used the finite element analysis software ANSYS to compare and analyze the heat generated by the different center-to-center distances of the cell devices in the quantum cascade laser array,and to study the preparation.Quantum cascade laser various processes.
