Traditional cubic-mirror of star sensor uses theodolite collimation measurement method to realize pose measurement,but this method is less efficient in point measurement and need large measurement space.So,this paper studies two technologies including cube mirror pose assembly measurement technique combined iGPS with theodolite,and cube mirror pose measurement based on Laser Tracker.First,this article researches mathematical model of coordinate transformation and pose passing.Overall measurement plan of star-sensor cubic mirror is designed,and pose assembly measurement technique combined iGPS with theodolite is proposed.The essay analyzes the measurement principle,model of this method and measurement error.In order to verify the feasibility,related experiments were done.The measurement accuracy is better than 5.02?.The result satisfies the demand that position assembly adjustment requirements for better than 10? of star sensors.So measurement combined multiple instruments is achieved,and this method improves measurement efficiency.Second,cube mirror pose measurement technique based on Laser Tracker is proposed.The measurement principle and model of this method is derived.And measurement error is analyzed too.In order to verify the feasibility,related experiments about a cubic-mirror were done.Experiments include angle measurement based on single station Laser Tracker,angle measurement based on multi station Laser Tracker,and pose measurement based on multi station Laser Tracker.It is concluded that single station angle measurement accuracy is better than 4.17?,multi station angle measurement accuracy is better than 4.68?,and multi station pose measurement accuracy is better than 4.79?.Finally,three kinds of experiments about two cubic-mirrors were done.and measurement results were compared and analyzed.The results show that the measurement data combined iGPS with theodolite and the measurement data based on the Laser Tracker are not much different from the measurement data of the theodolite.The results both satisfy the demand for position assembly adjustment requirements of star sensors.In order to realize the pose measurement of the cubic mirror,the theodolite collimation and aiming principle are used by theodolite system and combined iGPS measurement system.So pose measurement technique of cube mirrors based on Laser Tracker provides new methods for pose measurement of cubic-mirror.This method makes the pose measurement efficiency of cubic-mirror improved.
