With the rapid development of economy and the need of engineering,the quantity of engineering slope is increasing day by day.The stability analysis of slope is the primary problem in slope engineering,which is the basis of the later slope management engineering design and one of the most urgent problems to be solved.With different soil slope,the formation of the rock slope way is relatively complex,structural plane in a variety of combinations of cutting slope rock mass,the rock slope has a discontinuity,variability and anisotropic characteristics.Rock slope stability analysis involves the slope geotechnical strength destruction and deformation instability problems,such as the study of these questions need to rock and soil mechanics,engineering geology and engineering mathematics and so on multi-disciplinary theory support and various kinds of geotechnical engineering testing means and computer technology in the auxiliary contact.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to find a reliable and applicable method and system for rock slope stability analysis.In this paper,the factors influencing the stability of rock slope and the analysis methods are described,and various methods of rock slope stability analysis are compared.Papers in guizhou tongren area a slope in reservoir area as an example,through to the slope engineering environment,geological environmental conditions of extraction,combined with the actual conditions of geological environment in the study area was introduced CSMR rock mass quality classification method and application of the method of slope rock mass quality classification and qualitative evaluation,then using the method of plane projection extremely preliminary judgment of the slope instability mode and comprehensive slope rock mass quality classification results are qualitatively analyzed on the slope,finally respectively using Midas GTS-NX finite element strength subtraction and block theory to make quantitative analysis of slope,It provides a reference for the method selection and practical application of rock slope stability analysis.Paper through the use of a variety stability analysis method and contrast,think:(1)combined with the actual conditions of geological environment in the study area of CSMR rock mass quality classification method can more objectively reflect the inherent properties of slope rock mass,in the initial stages of rock slope stability analysis is of great significance;(2)the combination of the polar radiation chiping projection method and the CSMR rock mass grading method can make a more accurate qualitative evaluation of the slope,and the results are relatively straightforward;(3)in the process of rock slope stability analysis,the finite element strength reduction method emphasizes the "integrity" of the slope,while the block theory lays more emphasis on the "individuality" of the block body inside the slope.(4)single method should be avoided in the process of rock slope stability analysis,and organic combination of multiple methods should be sought for mutual verification.
