| As the heart is the most important organ of the human body.It continuously supplies oxygen and nutrients to human tissues and organs and takes away the metabolic waste,therefore it makes our body function well.And with the development of human society and the increase of health awareness,people begin to pay more and more attention to the treatment of heart disease.Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy(HOCM)is a common type of cardiomyopathy,accounting for about 20% of all kinds of cardiomyopathy.At present,there are three common treatments for HOCM,including drug therapy,surgical septal myectomy and alcohol-induced septal ablation.Above all,the septal myectomy is undoubtedly the best treatment.For the septal myectomy,as the flow field in the heart is so complicated,and there is little research in this area at home and abroad.Even for a very experienced doctor,it is quite difficult for him to perform the surgery.From this point of view,this paper establishes a numerical model through commercial software,and simulates the heart internal flow field in patients with cardiomyopathy,at the same time it analyzes the characteristics of the internal flow field,so as to provide a better operation plan for the clinical operation.First of all,we analyzed the mechanism of cardiac pump deeply.And the wall motion of left ventricle is considered as the main driving force of cardiac pump.Considering the process of pumping,we hypothesize the motion law of ventricular wall in different periods.As the wall function is assumed,and the UDF for wall motion is prepared.In the analysis of boundary conditions,the heart valve is treated as a one-way valve.By putting the model into Fluent,we can observe and analyze the flow field in the heart at every moment during left ventricular movement.In this paper,it firstly simulated and compared the normal left ventricular flow field and the diseased ventricular internal flow field in the approximate model.And the results show that the volume of blood pumped out by the patient is less than that of the normal person,and the patients are prone to generate vortex in the left ventricular.Then the flow field of real heart before and after the operation was also numerically simulated,and the regularity of flow field and the difference of outlet flow between them in a cardiac cycle were analyzed.In this paper,the dynamic simulation of the blood flow field in the heart is carried out from the point of view of numerical simulation,which can be used as a reference for further research work. |
