The reason for the mine fire is mostly caused by spontaneous combustion of coal during mining,through a large amount of research,confirmed that there are many factors of goaf spontaneous combustion occurs,but in common there is plenty of oxygen due to air leakage,high temperature,and the heat build-up.Therefore in the process of prevention and control of fire,starting from the basic theory.The finite volume method is a selected control and through the discrete equations of mathematical methods in the solution based on the integral theory,through synthesis model of finite volume method,established the gob fire prevention inert gas injection model,and determine the relevant parameters of the model by using laboratory experiments.Then,the VB software is used to calculate the idle injection calculation system of the mined out area,and the solution of the equation is calculated by interpolation function;Software is divided into the login interface,input parameters,iterative calculation and graphic display module,and after the successful operation of the goaf of inert gas injection solution.First,for Linnancang mine as an example,to determine the nitrogen injection flow;And then determine the best position and the number of nitrogen injection.The conclusion shows that the location of goaf spontaneous generally in the oxidation zone at the beginning of the site and close to the position of the intake and the most reasonable the best effect,a nitrogen injection flow intensity,but the regional scope is small,therefore through the comparison of three points is just right.Eventually,for the "three zones" before and after nitrogen,it is found that after the nitrogen injection,the oxidation zone is pushed forward,the range is shortened,and the width of the suffocation zone is widened.The effect is very good,which shows that the research of the software is reasonable,and it can provide great help for solving practical problems.
