The platform is an important equipment for the national ocean development strategy,because of its complex structure and complex welding operation,a large welding deformation is always produced during the manufacturing process,which threatens the safe and long-term operation of the marine platform.Therefore,accurate control of welding technology,effective control of welding deformation and prediction of welding process construction parameters are the core technologies for platform manufacturing technology.In order to explore the welding deformation control method of platform structure,establish the preventive measures for welding deformation,this paper takes the common cantilever beam and pile leg as the typical structure,and bases on the finite element calculation software(MSC.Marc),the influence of different welding process factors on the welding deformation is studied.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The analysis of finite element method to simulate welding process.Through the analysis and study of the welding deformation process,the principle and method of solving the welding process by the finite element method are analyzed.The reasonable application of the model optimization,the selection of heat source model and the life and death unit technique in the simulated welding process can greatly improve the simulation efficiency and precision.(2)The influence of welding parameters on welding deformation in pile leg structure.Through the analysis of the pile leg structure,the pile leg is divided into high strength steel structure and K tube structure,then the finite element software is used to establish the structure model,and the welding deformation law of the pile leg structure is simulated and studied.The welding power,the welding speed and the welding order are pointed out for the typical structure welding of the pile leg.(3)The influence of welding parameters on welding deformation in cantilever beam structure.According to the structural characteristics of the cantilever beam,it is divided into two layers T structure and elbow plate structure.The finite element software is used to calculate the thermal force coupling of the welding process.The welding deformation law of the cantilever beam is analyzed,and the influence of welding power,welding speed and welding sequence are studied.
