In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,especially Internet technology,people's lives have undergone tremendous changes.Sharing bicycles,sharing cars and other services makes the idea of sharing gradually accepted by people.At the same time,environmental problems such as air pollution and haze weather have not been fully improved.The electric shared car has brought convenience to people's lives and has also contributed to the promotion of electric vehicles and environmental protection.How to place a site in an electric shared car which can provide better and wider services while using resources effectively has become a question worthy of study.This paper combines the game theory and canonical correlation analysis(CCA)to model the problem of electric shared car site placement and solves the problem of optimal placement of electric shared car sites.First,because there is not enough historical data for reference,this article considers the subjective strategy of sharing car users when using shared cars,using Nash equilibrium to establish an optimization problem to simulate the initial site data;then use canonical correlation analysis methods based on a small number of simulated site data to estimate the placement of other candidate sites;Next,given the limitations of the given budget,this paper proposes a heuristic algorithm to select from all the candidate sites to meet the key point coverage and provide the most demand constrained candidate sites;Finally,for the problem of shared vehicle scheduling among electric vehicle sites,this paper presents a practical optimization algorithm that minimizes resource consumption during the scheduling process.This paper validates the proposed model and algorithm by several sets of comparative simulation experiments.The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper has better performance and feasibility than the benchmark model,can effectively predict the demand for shared cars,and at the same time,it can better complete the coverage of the key points around the site under a certain budget and meet more user needs;in the shared car scheduling,the proposed optimization algorithm can minimize the cost of scheduling.
