In this paper,we mainly discuss a class of two point boundary value problems of ordinary differential equations and the boundary value problems of a class of semilinear elliptic equations. The existence and uniqueness of the positive solutions for the boundary value problems of elliptic equations and the numerical solutions of the differential boundary value problems are emphatically studied. The methods used in this paper are mainly the principle of the fixed point and the extremum principle, and the boundary value question. The problem is transformed into a functional extremum problem. This paper focuses on the development background of differential equations.Using the fixed point theorem and the extremum principle, the existence and uniqueness of the solution of a class of Semilinear Elliptic Equations in a bounded hole type region are studied. An example is given. The Rees method in the variational method is used to solve the nonlinear function, the first function and the two function.Approximate solution.
