Microorganism is an important source of industrial lipase,and lipase can catalyze the hydrolysis of triglycerides to produce hydrophilic fatty acids to achieve the effect of decontamination.At present,lipase is widely used in all aspects of life,including the field of medicine,baking synthesis,leather processing,and detergent industry.The main ingredient in detergent formulations is surfactant.In addition to the environmental temperature and pH conditions,the effect of the surfactant on the lipase in detergents is also considered.At present,most detergent solutions contain alkaline protease,protease can promote the removal of natural fouling containing protein,but the effect is not very good for oil removal.Lipase can catalyze the hydrolysis of three acyl glycerol as glycerin and fatty acids.In view of the special mechanism and specificity of lipase decomposition,more and more manufacturers have begun to apply lipase to high-end washing products.Based on this,the following contents were studied in this paper.(1)The effect of surfactant on the determination of lipase activity was studied in the case of the optimum conditions for the determination of lipase activity by alkali titration.The applicability of alkaline titration to determine the activity of lipase in detergent was also discussed.The results showed that the effect of anionic surfactants on the determination of lipase activity was greater than that of non ionic surfactants on the determination of lipase activity.The method is applied to the determination of lipase activity in commercial detergent.The results show that the method can be used for the determination of the lipase activity in liquid detergent and washing powder,however,strictly control on the temperature and pH of liquid detergent and washing powder solution is important for the lipase assay.(2)The decontamination ability of lipase with different concentrations(0.3%,0.7% and 1%)on the national standard sebum cloth and thedecontamination effect of the same concentration of different molecular weight lipase on the national standard sebum cloth were studied.The decontamination effects of lipase in detergent on the national standard sebum cloth was analyzed by Optical Microscope,Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and Attenuated Total Reflection Flourier transformed Infrared Spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR).The results showed that when the mass concentration of lipase in detergent was 0.3%,the washing effect was slightly better.Meanwhile,it was also found that the content of lipase in detergent was not directly proportional to the detergency of national standard sebum cloth.The washing effect is slightly better when the mass concentration of lipase in detergent is 0.3%.Then,the lipase 1(28KDa)and lipase 2(32KDa)with the same mass concentration(0.3%)and different molecular weight were added to the detergent to study the decontamination performance of lipase on the national standard sebum cloth.The effect of adding lipase 2 in detergent on the decontamination of the national standard sebum cloth is better than that of the lipase 1 on the national standard sebum cloth.(3)The effect of the same concentration of different lipase on the decontamination effect of homemade olive oil cloth,homemade soy sauce cloth and homemade lipstick cloth was studied.Optical Microscopy and Fourier transform Infrared Spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)were used to qualitatively analyze the stains on the cloth.The results showed that the effect of adding lipase in detergent on the decontamination of the homemade olive oil cloth and the homemade lipstick cloth was good,and the effect of the lipase 2 was better than the lipase 1.The effect of lipase on the decontamination of the homemade soy sauce cloth was not obvious. |
