With the continuous development of social science and technology,the environment is becoming more and more complex,and the rate of change is becoming faster and faster.The uncertainty of decision-making has been increased,and the decision problem has become quite complicated.Intuitionistic fuzzy set theory to the inertia of thinking a good interpretation of the description of the uncertainty of objective things,have attracted much attention since it was proposed,and it has been applied to pattern recognition,data mining,information security and other important fields,has become a key research field of decision to the party.How to accurately measure the value information of relevant intuitionistic fuzzy Numbers becomes a difficult problem in uncertain environment.So,it is very important to excavate the important information in the intuitionistic fuzzy number,to deal with the intuitionistic fuzzy number,and to study the multi-criteria decision theory and method under fuzzy information.In this paper,we study the multi criteria decision making problem in the form of intuitionistic fuzzy sets.Through the analysis of intuitionistic fuzzy sets contained in decision information,respectively the fuzzy transformation and multi criteria method from intuition combining two aspects of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers based on the score function,two element connection number conversion,and the combination of the prospect theory and multi criteria decision making method research,and it is applied to the realistic decision making problems of smart city security risk assessment.Based on this,the main research results of this thesis include:(1)This paper gives a complete description of the scoring function of the existing intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,and on the basis of analyzing the existing scoring functions,sums up three characteristics of the scoring function.The new scoring function is put forward,and it is proved that the new scoring function satisfies the above three characteristics,and has some advantages over other scoring functions.(2)Three methods of converting interval numbers into connection numbers and three methods for comparing size of two variables are summarized.Based on this,the comparison between the traditional interval number comparison and the two element connection number is compared and analyzed.It shows that the comparison method of interval numbers into two variables connection has certain advantages.(3)The value function reference point in prospect theory is studied.The linear programming model is constructed to solve the state probability,and the design method of expected value reference point is given.Based on the expected reference point,the positive and negative foreground values are obtained,and then the prospect matrix is established.(4)From the four functions of self-learning,optimized operation,early warning,prediction and safety protection,the risk analysis of smart city is carried out,and the functional risk assessment index system is constructed respectively.Finally,based on the multiple criteria decision making problem with intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,13 criteria are used to evaluate the functional risk of smart city.
