In practical application,the control of stochastic resonance is the key to enhance the system's stochastic resonance effect and realize the effective detection of the signal to be measured.In this paper,the control of stochastic resonance system is studied by feedforward compensation of input signal,and a feedforward control method for stochastic resonance is proposed based on the theory.And combining it with genetic algorithm,the system parameters are optimized adaptively to achieve the optimal control of the system.On this basis,two stochastic resonance systems,one of which is the stochastic resonance system controlled by the feedforward signal,are integrated into a feedforward control coupled bistable system.The system parameters of the coupled bistable system are adaptively adjusted by genetic algorithm,and the detection ability of feedforward control stochastic resonance system is further enhanced.The theoretical control methods of stochastic resonance were put into practice in engineering sucessfully.In the early fault diagnosis of bearings such as inner race cracks and outer ring wear,as well as the detection of vortex signals with different flow rates,the feedforward control stochastic resonance system with adaptive parameter adjustment has good application effect.Firstly,the mechanism of stochastic resonance produced by feedforward control is studied,based on the classical potential function of bistable system.The analytical expressions for the transition probability and the output signal to noise ratio(SNR)of the system are given under the action of feedforward control signals.The influence of the multiple frequency signal of feedforward control on the stochastic resonance effect is also analyzed.Secondly,the effects of noise intensity,system parameters and nonlinear potential function on stochastic resonance system are analyzed,on the basis of these,the genetic algorithm and the stochastic resonance feedforward control method are combined,and the genetic algorithm is used to adaptively optimize the system parameters under the feedforward control signal,so as to achieve the optimal controlof the system.Then,the genetic algorithm is used to adaptively optimize the parameters of the feedforward control coupled bistable system,so as to achieve the optimal control of the feedforward control coupled bistable system.Thirdly,the feedforward control method of stochastic resonance is applied to the detection of industrial signals.The early fault signals of the bearings(inner ring cracks,outer ring wear)and vortex signals with different flow rates are detected.The results show that the feedforward control method of stochastic resonance can effectively enhance the stochastic resonance effect of the system,greatly improve the output signal-to-noise ratio and the value of power spectrum of the frequency to be measured.It has good application prospects.
