| With the growing enthusiasm for the development of the oceans around the world,the underwater acoustic undertaking has achieved unprecedented growth.Sonar,the preferred device for underwater exploration,has become an offshore development weapon and an integral part of warships and civilian vessels.Acoustic transducer as one of the main components of sonar has also become an important research topic in underwater acoustic technology.With the increase of marine development,the application of underwater acoustic transducers is also more and more extensive,and the corresponding requirements for hydrophone performance testing are also getting stronger and stronger.Hydrophone self-noise for the hydrophone is a very important consideration,the size of the hydrophone from the noise also has a direct impact on the quality of the hydrophone.Based on the requirement of hydrophone self-noise measurement,this paper designs a hydrophone self-noise measurement system.Hydrophone signal generated by the signal conditioning circuit after AD analog-digital converter acquisition,and then packaged by the DSP from the USB upload to the host computer for analysis.In this paper,the overall scheme of the system is designed first,and then the hardware platform is designed according to the function to be realized,and the corresponding software program is compiled.Finally,the system parts and the whole machine are tested.Hardware platform according to duty can be divided into signal conditioning module,data acquisition module,signal processing module.Among them,the signal conditioning module’s task is to amplify the weak signal hydrophone,the signal conditioning module in this design has a multi-level adjustable fixed gain.Signal acquisition module’s main task is to synchronize the signal acquisition.Signal processing module takes CycloneIV series FPGA and DSP TMS320F28335 as the master chip,W5100 as a network interface chip,CY7C68013 A as a USB interface chip.Among them,FPGA is mainly responsible for signal amplification and acquisition and transmission.DSP’s main job is to receive,analyze and issue instructions,and communicate with the host computer.USB and Ethernet port is mainly responsible for data communication.Finally,the entire hardware system is tested in a vacuum tank to verify its function and stability.The noise measurement system meets the design requirements. |
