Large CP violation has been discovered in B meson experimentally, and a hint of CP violation in D meson. All of these demand an explanation urgently. In the Standard Model, the weak phases of Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa(CKM)matrix,which is a quark flavor mixing matrix,is responsible for the CP violation. But the CKM matrix just give a small effect on CP violation, which is not enough for present measurement. The measured large CP violation indicates the existence of large strong phases. In this text,we study the effect of strong phase induced by interference between different intermediate resonances on CP violation in three-body non-leptonic hadron decay. We have to calculate the decay amplitudes to study the CP violation of hadron decay. However, the hadronic matrix elements are not easy to handle since the nonperturbative effect contained in the hadronic matrix elements. We introduce three methods for the hadronic matrix elements, naive factorization approach,QCD factorization approach,factorization-assisted topological-amplitude(FAT)approach,and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each methods and their application. These methods are employed to calculate the weak decay processes in three-body decay, and we further study the effect of intermediate resonances interference on CP violation.A singly-Cabibbo suppressed three-body D meson decay, whose CP violation is CKM suppressed, was studied in this text. The interference between intermediate resonances K*(892)+ and K*(892)-in the phase space was considered. When the interference effect is taken into account in the three-body decay, the differential CP violation can reach as large as 3 × 10-4,the local one can also reach 1.1 x 10-4.In addition,we consider the interference between a vector resonance K*(892)0 and a scalar resonance f0(980)in B-?K-?+?-,the local CP asymmetry can reach as large as 30%.
