Phosphate biological reduction process as a new phosphorus removal process,gradually attracted the attention of scholars from various countries,previous studies have investigated the effects of environmental and nutritional factors on the phosphate reduction process.However,the studies on the growth and phosphorus removal characteristics of bacteria of phosphate reducing and the solutions to the encountered problems during the operation of the phosphate reduction process have not been clear.Therefore,the main purpose of this subject is to solve the isolation and identification and the growth and characteristics of phosphate reducing bacteria.In order to obtain sludge with phosphate reduction function,the anaerobic sludge was acclimated by stages in the process of research,through the operation of 90d,the removal efficiency of COD and TP was satisfactory,and the reduced phosphate was also detected in the gas collection unit,which indicated that the domestication and enrichment of phosphate reducing bacteria were successful.Then,through studied the effects of flocculants,temperature,pH value and nutrient ratio on the recovery of disintegrated phosphate reducing sludge.It was found that the temperature had the most significant effect on the recovery of phosphate reducing sludge,when the temperature was adjusted to 30 degrees centigrade,the removal rate of SVI,SV,COD and TP reached the ideal level after 20d cultivation.Acclimated phosphate reduced sludge as the source.Through the isolation and purification of bacteria,a bacterium YING18 with phosphate reduction function was obtained.The optimum growth and phosphorus removal range of YING18 was studied:the temperature is 30,the best pH=8,and the carbon source is methanol,the optimum concentration of four trace elements was Mo was 100mg/L,Ni was 20mg/L,Co was 100mg/L,Fe was 50mg/L,and the maximum phosphorus removal rate of YING18 was 32.39%.At the same time,author analyzed the effects of phosphorus concentration and trace elements on YING18.It was found that the increase of phosphorus concentration could increase the growth rate and total phosphorus removal rate.By the method of molecular biology identification,through the DNA extraction,sequencing,splicing,and finally identified YING18 belongs to Enterobacter.
