"Smart city" refers to the utilization of advanced communication technology to achieve intelligent management and operation of urban systems based on the integration and analysis of the geospatial information.Geospatial information is the foundation and prerequisite for data analysis in smart city,which plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of smart city.The communication technology system is the technology support for the efficient operation of smart city.This paper aims to provide some reference for the construction of intelligent management platform and gives a systematic study of the construction of the intelligent management platform from two aspects:instant messaging technology on the Web and spatial three-dimensional expression,combined with the application requirements of smart city construction.(1)Web communications technology.Based on the analysis of the working principle,advantages and disadvantages of the Ajax long polling and streaming iframe communication technology,a new protocol of communication technology is proposed,as the Websocket protocol,which solves the problem of real-time information communication at the present stage.The module and thread partition method used in the construction of WebSocket server are studied,and design and implement the WebSocket server based on Java language.The data transmission form of the whole process from information generation to display on client end is studied and the function of information exchanging between interactive Websocket technology and database is realized.(2)Three-dimensional expression.Based on the research of data structure of the three-dimensional scene,the Multipatch model is selected as the basis of the data model for three-dimensional expression.In addition,we propose the method of establishing a three-dimensional scene R-layer tree spatial index and study the OpenGL rendering technology.The virtual reality technology based on rendering principle and coordinate transformation theory are studied and the three-dimensional visual simulation is realized.The skeletal animation and particle effects are taken as an example to describe the vivid display of the real world in a virtual three-dimensional scene.Finally,the research content is applied to practice,designing and developing the system of warehouse intelligent management,which proves the correctness and practicability of the study results of this paper.
