Phallus echinovolvatus is a delicious edible fungus and has important nutritional and economic values. At present, the edible fungus has been successfully cultivated, but like other crops, the cultivation of P.echinovolvatus has also encountered continuous cropping obstacle problem.Studies have shown that the main reason for crop continuous cropping obstacle is soil.Microbes is the main organism and plays a crucial role in soil.In this paper, soil samples were collected from which P.echinovolvatus was planted for three consecutive years. The soil DNA was extracted and the 16 S gene fragment of soil bacteria was sequenced by Miseq sequencing. It aims to understand the influence of P.echinovolvatus continuous cropping on soil bacterial diversity and community structure.Furthermore, soil metagenome were studied. The effects of P.echinovolvatus continuous cropping on soil microbial function genes, signal transduction systems and soil carbon and nitrogen cycling were analyzed and discussed. In this study, the diversity of soil bacteria in different density forest types under the Liuxihe national forest park was also discussed,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the cultivation of the P.echinovolvatus and other edible fungi. The main conclusions are as follows: 1.After planting P.echinovolvatus, the soil physical and chemical properties changed significantly compared with control group;the soil bacterial diversity Chao 1?ACE?Shannon index were significantly higher than the controls; The analysis analyses showed that the bacterial community structure were changed significantly at phylum, family and genus levels after planting P.echinovolvatus, these indicated that planting P.echinovolvatus had significant influence on the soil community structure and diversity.2.After planting P.echinovolvatus, the abundance of functional genes changed significantly, especially the abundance of enzyme genes involved in signal transduction, methanogenic metabolism, nitrogen metabolism and other processes increased, indicating that the planting P.echinovolvatus could change soil function.3.The soil bacterial diversity and abundance in Liuxihe National Forest Park are different in different density forest types. The analysis results showed the diversity and richness of the medium density forest type are the highest, which is the suitable for bacterial growth.
