In this paper, seven plants were used as experimental materials to study the chemotactic response of Meloidogyne incognita to different plants, and the composition of the root exudates of seven plants was analyzed, and the compounds which had effects on chemotactic of M.incognita were verified. The principal results are as follows:1.In the pluronic F-127 experiment of the attraction of roots to nematodes, the results revealed that seven kinds of plant roots such as tomatoes had effects on the chemotaxis of M.incognita.At the time point of experiment, roots of other plants have significant attraction except alfalfa and cucumber, and attraction increases with time.2.The root exudates of seven plants were detected by GC-MS and 255 compounds were identified.Among them, the attractant tridecane presents tomatoes, alfalfa and lettuce. The attractant 1-Octadecene exists in tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers, cabbage and peppers, and the attractant 2-hexyl-1-Decanol exists in tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers and cabbage, which proves that the attractive substance in plant root exudates is similar. At the same time,it was found that 1-Docene had attractive effect on M.incognita for the first time in this paper. When the concentration was 0.001 mg/mL,the chemotactic index reached 0.24,and it exists in seven plants.3.Organic acids commonly found in plant root exudates were screened.among 22 kinds of organic acids, malic acid, oxalic acid,p-aminobenzoic acid, lactic acid, propionic acid and pentanoic acid were found to have effects on the chemotaxis of M.incognita for the first time.Lactic acid activity is the strongest, and chemotactic index can reach 0.289.While the chemotactic indexes of malic acid and oxalic acid are 0.231 at the concentration of 0.1 mg/mL,0.221 at the concentration of 0.01 mg/mL of p-aminobenzoic acid,0.289 and 0.259 at the concentration of stock solution and 108.8mg / ml of lactic acid, and 0.194 and 0.218 at the concentration of 0.098 mg/mL and0.929 mg / mL of pentanoic acid and propionic acid, respectively. At the same time,85 kinds of organic acids were detected in the root exudates of 7 plants by GC-MS,andmalic acid with attractive effect was found in the roots of tomatoes, cabbage, alfalfa, lettuce and pepper.Oxalic acid presents radish, alfalfa, lettuce and pepper.Lactic acid presents tomatoes, radishes, cabbage, alfalfa, lettuce and pepper, which indicates that organic acid signal substances that attract M.incognita in root exudates of different plants have some similarities.4.The root system of healthy plants and nematode infected plants was studied. It was found that the attraction of the root infected by nematode was lower than that of healthy root,at 2 h,and the same was true at 4 h and 6 h,the attraction of healthy plant roots to nematodes increases with time, but there is no obvious change in roots infected by nematodes.,and this phenomenon existed in seven plants.Highlight of this research:1.The substances have effects on the chemotaxis of M.incognita in root exudates are similarity, and the attractive substances 1-Octadecene,2-hexyl-1-Decanol,1-Docene,malic acid, oxalic acid and lactic acid are distributed in many plants.2.Compared with healthy roots, the attraction of roots infected by M.incognita decreased.
