Drilling in daqing oil field are at the third stage at present,the development of new oil displacement technology to become the new direction of oil field exploitation,conventional oil displacement technique for water flooding,polymer flooding and gas drive,etc.,in which water drive is a common oil displacement technique,it can improve the recovery efficiency to reduce costs,in the process of water flooding,a lot of water is injected into the reservoir,after a period of time after oil and aqueous solution will be brought out together,after the separation of oil and gas remain the unique physical and chemical properties of the produced water.This study selected the daqing oilfield with high salinity high sulfide BESI technology of oily wastewater and the depth of processing,to the emissions,reinjection standard,and the study of microorganism in high salinity,high sulfide oilfield produced water treatment effectiveness,and microbial communities.(1)population phylogenetic tree by population system development and evolution of microorganism mud samples(among which there are 43 microorganisms of various orders).The study of 14 species of phytogenetic microorganisms indicates that the microbial treatment of wastewater is extensive,and that aerobic microbes have some common points with anaerobic microbes in genetic differentiation.Through three microorganism mud sample for high-throughput sequencing,result,OTU dilution curve flatten out,the vast majority of the sequencing data volume is enough to reflect sample biological information shannon index curve dilution levels,also suggests that the sequencing of the selected data volume is reasonable.(2)through the Rank curve of OTU,it can be seen that the distribution of OTU of the three samples is reasonable,mostly concentrated between 300-400bp fragments.The distribution uniformity of the three sample species from large to small was followed by aerobic filler sludge,facultative reactor sludge,anaerobic reactor sludge and raw water sample.The species distribution uniformity of sludge samples from facultative reactor and anaerobic reactor was similar.According to the Venn diagram,anaerobic samples and facultative samples have the highest degree of recombination.The facultative sample and the aerobic packing sample showed certain similarity,while the anaerobic water sample and the two samples showed their respective differences.(3)through the sequencing results are biological community diversity,diversity and structure analysis shows that in different processing units of the reactor biological community species diversity is rich,among the three processing units of microbial door and class level is not very big difference,but the differences in each of the microbial number clearly.The composition of the anaerobic reactor sludge sample and the facultative reactor sludge sample at the microbial genus and species level is quite similar,but they are quite different from the aerobic packing sample sludge.(4)the BESI technology processing,oily wastewater in HRT = 72 h,the DO = 4 to 5 mg/L,mixture reflux ratio of 1:1,under the condition of temperature of 35 ?,60 d of continuous running.Through monitoring water quality,it was found that during the stable operation period,the oil content of the final effluent of the reactor was<20mg/L and TDS<20mg/L,which met the oilfield sewage injection standard.Compared with traditional process microorganism,the acclimation period is shorter,and the COD and TDS content of effluent water is lower.
