Quark-gluon Plasma(QGP),which is a novel state of matter formed in the early stage of the universe, exists at extremely high temperature and density according to theoretical prediction.Utilizing heavy-ion collisions via large collider to create QGP,and then using proper probes to study its properties is one of the most important topics in the field of high energy nuclear physics. In recent years,it is proposed by theory that the local violation of P and or CP symmetry could happen in strong interacting matter.Additionally,a series of chiral anomaly effects are also predicted to be existed in QGP,including Chiral Magnetic Wave,a typical collective phenomenon of chiral anomaly.Chiral Magnetic Wave theory predicts the linear dependence between elliptic flow and the charge asymmetry parameter, which stems from the special configuration of electric quadrupole moment in QGP.The theory is only valid for elliptic flow, while not for triangular flow. However,Local Charge Conservation can also explain such linear dependence of elliptic flow on charge asymmetry. Moreover,LCC further predicts the charge asymmetry dependence of triangular flow. Therefore, performing such measurements in experiment could help us understand the possible physics and try to disentangle CMW signal and LCC background. In this thesis,we analyzed experimental data of Pb-Pb collisions at 5.02 TeV collected by LHC-ALICE detector in the year of 2015.We studied the charge asymmetry dependence of elliptic flow and triangular flow for pions and kaons. Our study shows that clear linear dependences of elliptic flow on charge asymmetry are observed for both pions and kaons. We compared the slope parameters extracted from the linear relationship from different collision systems including RHIC and LHC.The similarity between such slope values, which is around 3%,suggests a possible common background. The slopes in different pT and centrality intervals are also presented and compared. In addition, the relationship between triangular flow and charge asymmetry is also tested. Our result shows an obvious linear dependence, which match the expectation of LCC quite well within statistical uncertainty. The centrality dependences of slope are compared between elliptic flow and triangular flow.It is found that the slope of triangular flow is roughly 1/3 of that of elliptic flow, which indicates that it's very likely that such linear dependence is due to the mechanism of local charge conservation at 5.02 TeV energy.
