Based on upgrading and rebuilding engineering of Shenqiu shipping hub in Zhoukou section of shaying river,we studied and demonstrated its hydraulic characteristics and scheduling operation plan by means of physical model tests.As for shenqiu shipping hub was a new navigation after straightening the original river,the ship lock and regulating gate adopted double line parallel layout,whether the river connection pattern is smooth after the excavation and occurring interaction between the two sluice streams,and whether the respective dispatching and operating modes satisfy the requirements of hub management operations and safe navigation and other issues,these are the urgent problems faced by this shipping hub project,therefore it's necessary to study on hydraulic simulation and optimized.Take the control gate as the research object: the characteristics conclusion of the control valve discharge was obtained through the five-different opening degree and flow discharge test.it's represented by the typical working conditions of 5-year flood,normal storage 1,abominable water discharge and design portfolio 3,we conducted numerous comparison tests by different combinations scheme like evenly opening,symmetrical opening and interval open,and then put forward the optimal scheduling operation suggestion scheme through comparation and analysis to the flow conditions of upstream and downstream?flow rate of all typical section?energy dissipation effect of stilling basin.Take the hub lock gate as the research object: First,It is believed that there will be few impact on the ship pass in and out the approach channel when the restraint gate alone discharges water,by observing the flow pattern of the gate area and the surface velocity of typical crosssections.Then,we analyzing the influence of water flow conditions inside sluice on the safety of berthing and navigation when the gate opening time T = 1 min,by four kinds of typical navigation conditions like the Highest navigable stage and lowest navigable stage,normal storage 1,design portfolio 3,and considered the lock chamber structure design is reasonable and satisfy the safety navigation standards.Finally,we analyzed the water flow condition and velocity distribution of different cross-sections through adjusting the gate opening time,some suggestions about optimal scheduling be put forward to satisfy ship pass in and out and lock approach layout.
