| Hebei province is on the verge of Bohai,which rich a lot of marine resources.With the continuous improvement of science and technology,the available spaces for marine resources is more and more widely.And it is an urgent issue to be solved that achieve the management for marine economic data of Hebei provence.In order to monitor and evaluate the operation of marine economy rationally in Hebei province,a monitor and evaluate system for marine economic operation of Hebei province was designed.System uses B/S mode and J2 EE technology completed the architecture design,and use Oracle database management system achieved data storage.Java language was used in this system to complete the development.The operating profit forecast model of month business operation was constructed by support vector machine and artificial neural network respectively.This two models were respectively used to forecast the operating profit of month business operation.The comparison between two prediction results with the real results has shown that the prediction result of neural network is better than SVM.The monthly business profit-related index mining model was excavated by apriori algorithm,has find out the main factors which affecting the growth of monthly operating profit.And it provide a set of references for the enterprises and other relevant departments to improve their business.The association rules between different indexes of enterprises is found out through business operation index association rules mining model,which provides a more detailed improvement measures for the enterprises.The economic growth drive relationship of different enterprises types was found out by economic driving model,which provide a reference for relevant departments.Finally,this paper designed and implemented the marine economic operation monitoring and evaluation system of Hebei province.The system is designed and divided into five functional modules of economic monitoring,economic evaluation,GIS display,index system and system management according to the principle of object-oriented and the concept of “high cohesion” and “low coupling”.And each of modules were designed and completed in details.Through the system test has found that this system has facilitate the management of higher authorities in a lager extend.And this system has provided a reference for enterprises to introduce reform measures. |
