Phyllostachys edulis(Carriere.)J.Houzeau belongs to the family Phyllostachys, which is mainly distributed in China and Southeast Asia.It is an important part of China's forest resources.Moso bamboo belongs to the typical clone breeding species. The species can rely on powerful underground stems to spread to different surrounding forests and expand into bamboo shoots. In recent years, the area of moso bamboo forest in different regions has been increasing, and the influence of moso bamboo expansion on the surrounding ecological environment is becoming more and more obvious.Based on soil structure composition and carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus content and stoichiometric characteristics, this study is based on the typical samples of the moso bamboo expansion of Wugongshan(The annual rainfall is about 1500 mm)and Yangjifeng(The annual rainfall is about 2000 mm)in Jiangxi province, analyze the effect of moso bamboo expansion on physical properties such as soil particle size, bulk density, water content, water holding capacity, and porosity, and the effects of moso bamboo expansion on soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and stoichiometric characteristics,In order to reveal the effect of moso bamboo expansion on soil production under different forest types and different elevation gradients. The results of the study are as follows:(1)Moso bamboo expansion will affect the soil structure composition, soil mechanical stability aggregates >0.25 mm aggregates increase, the soil structure is improved. The effect of maso moso bamboo expansion on soil bulk density is not obvious. With the change of forest type, the soil capillary porosity shows different rules, and the soil non-capillary porosity and total soil porosity show the same pattern. The effect of moso bamboo expansion on soil moisture content is not obvious. With the change of stand type, the soil capillary water holding capacity, field water holding capacity, and maximum water holding capacity all show the same pattern of mixed forest >moso bamboo forest >broad-leaved forest.(2)This study mainly focuses on the effects of moso bamboo expansion on soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and stoichiometric characterist ics.Expansion of research shows that moso bamboo on the influence of different forest types of soil organic carbon content of significance is extremely high, expa nsion of bamboo on the influence of different forest types of soil total nitrogen content of significance is not high, bamboo expansion of different forest types of s oil total phosphorus content is more significant. On the level of nutrient content, the nutrient content of various types of soil in Wugongshan soil was higher than that of various types of Yangjifeng soil. The results also showed that the soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus content in mixed forests were generally lower than those in Moso forests and Wide-leaved forests. The effect of moso bamboo expansion on soil C:N was not significant, and the effect of moso bamboo expansion on soil C:P was significant. The effect of moso bamboo expansion on soil N:P was extremely significant.(3)Within a certain elevation gradient, the soil C,N,P content and their sto ichiometric characteristics all show significant differences with increasing altitude gradient, with the increase of altitude gradient, the effect of moso bamboo expansion on soil moisture content, capillary water holding capacity, and field water holding capacity are all significantly different, there was a significant difference in the maximum water holding capacity, capillary porosity, and total porosity. In summary, the effect of moso bamboo expansion on the composition of soil structure is relatively positive. The surface soil structure of Moso bamboo forest and bamboo-broadleaved mixed forest are optimized compared to evergreen broad-leaved forest. The mechanical stability of soil aggregates tends to be more stable. The water holding capacity of the soil has been improved.Moso bamboo had higher soil nutrient abstraction than evergreen broad-leaved forest. The contents of o rganic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in bamboo-broadleaved mixed forest were lower than pure bamboo and pure-leaved forest. The feedback of organic carbon and total phosphorus in the soil on bamboo expansion is more pronounced than that of soil total nitrogen. At the same time, the effect of moso bamboo expansion on the composition of soil structure and the stoichiometric characteristics of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus in altitudinal gradients shows a certain degree of regularity.
