Fire is a common phenomenon in nature,and it is a common disturbance factor in Greater Khingan Range forest.The frequent occurrence of forest fire usually plays an important role in forest succession,regeneration and dynamic balance of forest ecosystem.The ash and charcoal in the fire affected the germination of the seeds.The object of this study is four herb seeds selected in Greater Hing'an Mountains,through the ash,aqueous charcoal solution treatment and ash with aqueous charcoal combination treatment,to explore the effects of ash,charcoal and the interaction on herbs plants of Great Hing'an Mountains.The content of ash was 1g,3g and 5g,and the concentration of the extract was 50%,75%,and 100%.The result shows that:Generally speaking,Lychnis,Platycodon grandiflorum,Vicia unijuga and Elymus produced different responses to the ash,and these differences are in many aspects,but the germination and germination rate have increased trend on the whole.After ash treatment germination rate increased slightly,germination rate decreased in 5g ash treatment and germination time was significantly shortened after ash treatment.Platycodon grandiflorum germination significantly increased after ash treatment,and germination speed was significantly improved,and it also prolong the time required for the germination of Vicia unijuga.Ash treatment significantly increased the rate of germination after 3g ash treatment,and germination rate of Vicia unijuga after ash treatment increased significantly,and the germination time was significantly prolonged.Elymus germination rate significantly increased after 5g ash treatment,and germination the speed of Elymus after ash treatment under significantly increased,and the germination time was significantly prolonged.Generally speaking,Lychnis,Platycodon grandiflorum,Vicia unijuga and Elymus produced difference responses to the different degrees on the aqueous charcoal solution,and these differences are in many aspects,but the germination time had no obvious response on the whole.The germination rate of lychnis decreased significantly after aqueous charcoal treatment,and as the concentration decreased,germination rate decreased significantly.The germination rate of Platycodon grandiflorum after aqueous charcoal treatment increased significantly,and after 75%concentration of aqueous charcoal treatment it increased most obviously,and the germination speed of Platycodon increased significantly after aqueous charcoal treatment.The germination rate of Vicia unijuga decreased significantly after aqueous charcoal treatment,and the decreased as the concentration,and the germination rate of Vicia unijuga decreased significantly after aqueous charcoal treatment,and after the concentration of 75%aqueous charcoal treatment it decreased most obviously.The germination rate of Elymus significantly decreased after 50%and 75%concentration aqueous charcoal treatment,and germination rate increased significantly in concentration of 100%aqueous charcoal treatment,and the germination time was significantly shorten after concentration of 50%queous charcoal treatment.Lychnis,Platycodon grandiflorum,Vicia unijuga and Elymus response differently on the interaction of ash and aqueous charcoal.The interaction of ash and aqueous charcoal treatment had inhibitory effect on Lychnis,more significant than the single factor.Due to a slight inhibitory effect of ash,and significant inhibition of aqueous charcoal treatment,effects of ash and aqueous charcoal treatment on Campion is synergistic.The interaction of ash and aqueous charcoal treatment promote Platycodon grandiflorum seed germination rate and germination rate had significant promoting effect.Due of Platycodon grandiflorum seeds were promoted after ash treatment,the effect on Platycodon grandiflorum after ash and aqueous charcoal treatment is synergy.The interaction of ash and aqueous charcoal treatment inhibit Vicia unijuga germination rate on the whole.Due to the promotion effect of ash on Minow,and inhibition of aqueous charcoal treatment.Aqueous charcoal plays important role in the interaction of ash and aqueous charcoal treatment of Campion.The interaction of ash and aqueous charcoal treatment has slightly effect on Elymus,but it has strong relationship with the concentration and dosage.Due to ash has a promoting effect on Elymus,and the promotion of aqueous charcoal on Elymus have great relationship with the concentration.The interaction of ash and aqueous charcoal treatment Elymus differ as different concentration.Overall,four kinds of plant seeds after the interaction of ash and aqueous charcoal treatment have significant change as the aqueous charcoal treatment,which showed that aqueous charcoal treatment plays a leading role on the germination of four species,and ash has auxiliary function.
