Biological genetic statistics and medical research is one of the important subject of human genetic diseases research, with the development and complete of the human genome project, many human complex diseases have been discovered.Sure, some scientific researchers have also found some disease pathogenesis gene, which provides help and direction for us to prevent and diagnose polygenic diseases. The analysis of genome-wide association is one of the most commonly used ideas in human studies of complex diseases. This article adopts the case-control study design method,in the analysis of genome-wide association studies,two-stage analysis of MAX inspection joint analysis strategy combined with one-stage MAX precise test, aims to make comparison between MAX accurate testing method Ma Xact algorithm, the method similar to Bootstrap parameter resampling and normal approximation in two stage design. The results show that the MAX precision test method Ma Xact algorithm under the two-stage design can calculate p value much faster than the Bootstrap parameter resampling method, the normal approximation method and Ma Xact algorithm can be calculated at the same speed, but considering the cost of gene sequencing and the workload of gene sequencing,Ma Xact algorithm may be able to achieve its effect.Next, the paper further verifies the conclusion through an example, and briefly analyzes the result of the example.
