Rough set as a mathematical tool to deal with inaccurate and uncertain information arises at the historic moment.It was first put forward by Professor Pawlak and developed rapidly in the past decades.As a very practical subject,it is applied to the fields of pattern recognition,machine learning,intelligent decision making,data mining and so on.The introduction of fuzzy sets is a good mathematical description of the "paradoxical" problem in reality.Intuitionistic fuzzy sets based on fuzzy sets,by increasing the concept of non membership,which can describe "the other" fuzzy concept,and can describe the "neutral concept betwixt".On the basis of fuzzy sets,L-fuzzy sets are introduced and the concept of L-fuzzy mapping is defined under L-fuzzy relation by introducing residual lattice.But intuitionistic fuzzy sets are more dependent on human subjective cognition when expressing fuzzy concepts.Therefore,how to engrave different fuzzy concepts with intuitionistic fuzzy sets has become the focus of research.Rough set does not require any prior information when processing data.It has become a research hotspot by combining intuitionistic fuzzy sets with rough sets.Due to the existence of left and right lattices,the left and right implication determines whether the residuated lattices are commutative.Therefore,a series of properties of L-fuzzy sets on L-fuzzy spaces are also determined.By combining L-fuzzy sets with rough sets,we define the concept of L-fuzzy rough set,and make the research of L-fuzzy rough set display diversity by artificially defining whether the residual lattice can be exchanged.Starting from rough sets,combining the two extensions of fuzzy sets,intuitionistic fuzzy sets and Lfuzzy sets,we give the concepts of intuitionistic fuzzy rough sets and L-fuzzy rough sets respectively.On the intuitionistic fuzzy rough set,the intuitionistic fuzzy rough implication operator is defined from the logic operation and the concept of the implication operator.On the L-fuzzy rough set,a multi granularity L-fuzzy variable precision rough approximation operator is constructed by combining the concept of multigranularity and defining the non commutativity of the residual lattice.The main research in this paper is as follows:(1)On the basis of rough sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets,integrated with the dual fuzzy implication operator,the nature of the dual operator is proved;the dual operator based on the proposed concept of intuitionistic fuzzy rough approximation operator,and the properties were proved in detail,finally gives an example to verify.(2)Based on L-fuzzy set on the assumption of non commutative residuated lattices,the first character of generalized residuated lattices are proved,and gives the definition of L-fuzzy relation space;combined with the concept of multi granularity,constructing four of generalized L-fuzzy variable precision rough approximation operator is briefly described for it,and its properties were proof.(3)Based on the third chapter,based on the intuitionistic fuzzy rough approximation operator,a maize growth factor detection system is designed.The importance of each growing factor in maize growth process is estimated based on the proximity degree,which can prove the importance of the model.By discussing the combination of rough sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets and L-fuzzy sets,it enriches the theoretical research of fuzzy rough.By modeling the key points in theoretical research,it is applied to practice,which verifies the importance and practicability of the research.
