Humans' curiosity can promote the science developments. The origin of the universe is still in exporting. In high energy physics,by accelerating nucleus almost to the speed of light,a new matter called quark-gluon plasma(QGP)can be produced in nuclear collisions.Since QGP is thought to exist for a short time after the Big Bang, studying QGP is important for understanding the evolution of the universe. This study is based on data on proton-proton collisions. The physics goal of ALICE experiment is to study the strong interacting matter created in high energy heavy-ion collisions and the properties of QGP.Many observables related to QGP have already been studied. The production of strangeness enhancement is one of the earliest probe for QGP information. So it is very important to study strangeness in detail in order to explore the properties of QGP.Recently ALICE has observed the ?/Ks0 enhancement and the enhancement of multi-strange particle producions in pp and p-Pb collisions. So,we want to study the QGP-like signature in small systems by studying the production of ?(?),KS0 and ?-(?+)in pp colli-sions at 13 TeV with ALICE.Firstly, based on QCD theory,we introduce the importance of QGP,the signature of QGP including the strangeness. Then we summarize the experimental results in pp and p-Pb systems in ALICE.In chapter 2,we describe the setup of ALICE experiment. In chapter 3,we present the properties of particles(V0 s and ?-(?+))under study and the work flow and the analy-sis methods. In chapter 4,we describe the efficiency correction and estimate the systematic uncertainties. In the last chapter,we give a briefly summary and outlook for this study.
