Laser mapping is a new type of mapping method that can be applied to all kinds of surveying and mapping industry.Most of the current market are portable laser ranging instruments,simple operation,easy to use,non-professionals can also quickly get started according to the instructions to obtain a precise distance.It is widely used in housing construction and geological exploration.However,this type of distance measuring instrument brings convenience to the user,but also brings inconvenience,the most important is the separation of data and physical,that is,there is no image information.For example,when a cabinet was measured,although it was known to be tall and short,there was no picture information afterwards and it lacked the appearance characteristics of the cabinet.It was difficult to compare with similar cabinets.If this time,there is something similar to the cabinet's manual,not only indicating the height and width of the cabinet,but also giving pictures of the cabinet.This can be clearly compared with other cabinets.Based on this idea,based on laser distance measurement,combined with image information,a panoramic laser surveying instrument was designed.At the same time,the data was obtained and the image information was obtained.The data can be searched on the image to serve two purposes.Panoramic picture is generally loved by the majority of photographers,its main advantage is to give users a greater perspective,more information,more intuitive experience.The panoramic image needs to be processed by an image processing software such as a landscape maker to combine 2-8 fisheye images or ordinary photos with indefinite sheets to generate a spherical panorama or a cube panorama after being combined.In addition,if you want to display,you can publish,you can publish a variety of formats such as flash / java / quicktime to browse,watch the effect as if immersive general! With the development and popularization of smart phones,the panoramic software of mobile phone comes into being.Now a lot of mobile panoramic software can take 360 ° panoramic photos and even panoramic video.The design intends to combine the advantages of panoramic image and laser ranging to design a panoramic laser plotter loaded on an intelligent mobile platform to overcome the more complicated and changeable measurement environment and provide a more intuitive observation experience for the user.This design controls the whole platform to move through the remote control device,360 ° ranging through the lidar loaded on the mobile platform,and combines the panoramic camera with the optical camera bound to the laser radar.At the same time can be observed by the WiFi camera sent to the phone's video stream,real-time observation platform around the dynamic.Finally,the PC client combines the image information with the ranging information to draw a data image.The user can present the panoramic image of the surrounding space through the corresponding operation of the client,and can scan the distance from the panoramic image A correspondence.Platform movement process can measure the size and area of the surrounding space in real time.To start the panoramic measurement mode,the platform can be moved to the appropriate position.Through the operation of the upper computer interface to start taking pictures,the Raspberry Pi performs the panoramic photographing function,The photos are uploaded to the PC terminal via a wireless router.In the host computer interface to achieve space contour size and area measurements,but also to achieve a single point of the distance measurement and measurement of the local area.In the realization of automated measurement at the same time,joined the user autonomy of the regional measurement of the function.All-metal crawler platform can adapt to complex terrain environment,such as demolition or purchase process,the length and area of housing profiles can be measured,but also on the cave and other complex environment to detect.
